Revocable Living Trust Package

Special Needs Trusts & Other Advanced Planning

Fee Determined After Review

Orloff Law reserves the right to increase the above fees in special circumstances where excessive travel is required or where the work we are asked to perform well exceeds our expectations based on the information initially provided to us by the client.

Probates and Trust Settlements

Option A

Flat fee based on the value of the Estate or Trust and work to be performed.

Option B

The Estate or Trust will be billed at a rate of $350 per hour.

Inheritance Tax Return Only
